24 – Seven Home Care Inc., is a state-licensed home care provider located in Brooklyn Park in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis that serves adults in Minnesota with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disability and/or with chronic illness. We are committed to providing person-focused services tailored directly to suit our individual residents. We provide care that makes our residents feel at home ensuring that they are actively involved in their cares, make their own choices, have control over their lives and contribute to the community in a way that is meaningful for them.
We are consistent in making sure our residents receive not just the best of care, but also make sure that their care is our priority around the clock. From the most basic type of in-home assistance to expert medical skilled care, our team of well-trained and experienced professionals has consistently shown they possess what it takes to care for people.
