According to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) of 2010 and its regulation,
24 – Seven Home Care, Inc., through contractual or direct arrangement, treat and admit all persons regardless of race, color, culture, beliefs, social orientation, or place of origin in its provision of benefits and services including transfers and assignments within facilities.

According to the implementing regulations of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) of 2010, 24 – Seven Home Care, Inc., will not, through contractual or direct arrangements, discriminate on the basis of disabilities in admissions, treatment, access, or employment.

According to the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) of 2010, and its regulation,
24 – Seven Home Care, Inc., will not discriminate on the basis of age in providing hospice care services unless it is a factor necessary for the normal operation of the achievement of any statutory objective.

According to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990,
24 – Seven Home Care, Inc., will not, on the basis of a disability, deny or exclude a qualified individual with a disability from involving, or benefits of the services, activities, and programs of the organization.

According to the enlisted implementing regulations, the agency will not discriminate in admissions, treatment, access, employment on the basis of sexual orientation, gender, communicable disease, or religion.
